Cindy

Office Manager

Cindy started her career with LVD as a dental assistant over 25 yrs ago and has been our office manager for over 6 years.

She enjoys getting to know our patients on a more personal level, which she feels helps her in communicating with them and helping them to feel more “at home” in a dental environment.

Cindy lives with her husband, Dwayne, aka “Smokey” in Stephens City and they enjoy participating in car shows and cruising in their 1972 Monte Carlo.  They also care for a colony of feral cats, who all are named and have become a part of their “fur baby” family.   She also enjoys spending time with her son Jeremy and grandson, Connor.

Nikki

Dental Assistant

After attending Loudoun Valley High school, Nikki graduated from Professional Careers Institute for dental assisting in 1992 and has worked for LVD for over 20 yrs as a dental assistant.  She has been married for 32 years and has 2 grown daughters. She is a mom to a puppy named Aspen and loves to travel and read.

Elise

RDH B.S.

Elise is dedicated and experienced holding a Bachelor’s of Science in Dental Hygiene from Thomas Jefferson

University with over 34 years in the field, including significant expertise in periodontics & dental assisting . Elise is

passionate about patient health, continuous learning, and contributing to a positive dental environment. When she is

away from the office she operates & teaches horseback riding on her farm in Purcellville with her husband Tommy. She

also enjoys friends, family & traveling.

Anne

RDH

Anne graduated from Northern Virginia Community College in 1997 and has been a dental hygienist at Loudoun Valley Dental for 27 years.  She loves the hometown atmosphere, helping patients to maintain their best dental health and developing long term relationships with them. Her husband Tom laughs at her when she calls her patients “friends”.  Anne and Tom live in a cottage on a farm in White Post. They have four grown children and 10 grandchildren, whom she adores. In her spare time Anne loves spending time with her grandchildren, gardening, playing with her retired horse Danny, and going on walks.

Bonnie

Bonnie has loved her profession as a Registered Dental Hygienist for 40 years!
She is honored to have worked for Loudoun Valley Dental for 20 of those years. The many special patient relationships encountered and the friendships made within our office staff is the reason why she is still there. Bonnie is a proud wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend who loves to travel, bake and be artistic.  She also loves spending time at her beach house, relaxing and enjoying the ocean environment.

Linda

Linda Boyd, RDH Class of 82 NVCC Linda resides in Northern Virginia at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains with her 2 and 4 legged family members. She is passionate about her career as a dental hygienist. She is an active member of the ADHA and Greater Loudoun Hygiene Study Club. As a lifetime learner she regularly attends both dental and medical conferences and subscribes to journals to keep current with the latest diagnostic and treatment procedures to assist her patients to attain optimal health. Community is very important to Linda and her family. She truly believes in “Giving Back” and “Paying it Forward”. She is a member of Loudoun Chapter of the Medical Reserve Corps. Linda often provides dental health and career educational programs in schools and for organizations.

Karrina

Karrina was born and raised in Erie, Pennsylvania. She obtained her Associates in Dental Hygiene at Fortis Institute in 2016. Prior to her studies, she spent 4 years working for a non-profit dental clinic in various dental roles. This is where she learned the importance of oral hygiene education and patient advocacy. Karrina and her family moved to West Virginia in 2022. They love to go kayaking, exploring the local landscape, and gardening. Karrina loves stand-up comedy and live music. She loves a good recommendation so feel free to let her know! 

Kathy

RDH

Kathy is our semi-retired temp, and has been with us for almost !0 years. Helping to keep the practice running smoothly through vacations and transitions, always happy to pitch in when she can. Kathy graduated from Erie Community College in Buffalo NY and has been a hygienist for 48 years. She moved around the country with her husband Larry’s Air force career working as a hygienist and raising their 5 children. “It was a great experience working with the staff and patients in various offices”.  She loves getting to know the patients and making new friends.

Kathy and her husband live in Winchester where they have an Apiary and raise chickens.  She enjoys gardening, crafts, sewing and hanging out with their 13 grandchildren.  Never a dull moment.

Amber

Front Desk Staff

Amber has been with Loudoun Valley for almost 4 years, and working in customer service for over 10 years. Her favorite part of working with Loudoun Valley are the relationships that are created between the patients and our office. As a part of the front desk team, she understands what it means to help patients feel at ease when coming to the dentist and appreciates seeing their happy smiles when they leave. When she is not in the office, she spends her free time with her fur family of 2 dogs and 2 cats. She also enjoys antiquing, reading, and spending weekends with her boyfriend at different track events.

Kristen

Dental Assistant

Kristen has been working in the dental field for over 25 years.  She enjoys meeting new patients and putting their fears of coming to the dental office at ease.  She likes helping patients understand oral health and explaining to them beforehand the different steps in their treatment visit.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time in the outdoors with her kids and dogs.  

Michele

Dental Assistant

I have been a dental assistant for 20+ years, and have enjoyed every minute! Making our patients comfortable is my number one priority.  In my spare time I love hanging out with our dog, Benny, learning about health and wellness and strength training.
